Class Request Form

Medic One Foundation offers private classes for businesses, schools, and communities in King County interested in gaining the knowledge and skills necessary for responding to a sudden cardiac arrest. All private classes require a minimum of 10 participants. For more information or to receive a quote, please complete and submit the form below. One of our trainers will contact you as soon as possible.

CPR/AED Classes start at $260 plus cost of certified cards ($30 each)
CPR/AED & First Aid Classes start at $300 plus the cost of certified cards ($50 each)

Non-profit discounts are available.

Preferred Dates and Times
Please list your top 2–3 preferred dates and times for the class. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on instructor and space availability. Please note that CPR/AED classes run 2–3 hours, while CPR/AED/First Aid classes are approximately 4 hours.
