Class Request Form

Medic One Foundation offers a limited number of private CPR/AED/First Aid classes for businesses, schools, and non-profit organizations in King County. These sessions are designed to equip your team with the knowledge and skills necessary for responding to a sudden cardiac arrest. Priority scheduling is given to non-profit organizations. All private classes require a minimum of 10 participants.

CPR/AED Classes start at $300 plus cost of certified cards ($30 each)
CPR/AED & First Aid Classes start at $400 plus the cost of certified cards ($50 each)

Non-profit discounts are available.

Preferred Dates and Times
Please list your top 2–3 preferred dates and times for the class. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on instructor and space availability. Please note that CPR/AED classes run 2–3 hours, while CPR/AED/First Aid classes are approximately 4 hours.
