You may choose to establish an endowed fund through your bequest, thereby ensuring that the vital work of the Medic One Foundation will continue today, as well as in the future, because only the interest income from the fund is used. The endowment principal remains intact forever, offering you the satisfaction of knowing that your gift will continue saving lives for generations to come.
An endowed fund may be named in honor of yourself or in memory of a loved one. Also, endowed funds may be restricted for a specific purpose or program, such as paramedic training, pre-hospital emergency research or emergency medical equipment. Recognition for named endowed funds is offered , in Foundation publications, on our website, and in award letters for paramedic training scholarships, research grants, or emergency medical equipment grants. Named endowed funds are available at the following gift levels:
$25,000 | General Endowed Fund (provides unrestricted support wherever the need is greatest) |
$50,000 | Emergency Medical Equipment Endowed Fund |
$250,000 | Pre-Hospital Emergency Research Endowed Fund |
