Guest check-in / check-out (good computer and customer service skills)

Registration /check-out support staff (pulling bid cards/organizing auction items for pick up)

Raffle sales (be enthusiastic and comfortable working a crowd)

Silent auction / Dessert dash monitor and closer (periods of standing, ability to move quickly)

Live auction recorder (good with numbers and can focus on one task despite distractions)

Live auction bidder recognition / spotter (periods of standing and moving quickly through the audience)
