About Our Webinar Speakers

Nisha Nariya, Perkins Coie Associate
Nisha counsels individuals and families in personal and estate planning strategies to help achieve a variety of family legacy and charitable objectives. She prepares estate planning documents for clients and represents them in probate and trust administration proceedings. Nisha also advises clients on the formation of business entities, wealth transfer strategies, and assists in the preparation of estate and gift tax returns. She is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center.

Nicole Schilling, Perkins Coie Associate
Nicole focuses her practice on trust and estate planning. In addition to preparing wills and trusts, she helps clients use gifts, sales, and other wealth-transfer strategies, advises on business entity formation, and settles estates in probate. Nicole completed her J.D. at Stanford Law.
