There are many ways employees can contribute money, including through payroll deductions, joining workplace giving federations and participating in internal fundraising events.

King County Employee Giving Program—Agency #9390

The King County Employee Giving Program raises millions of dollars annually for participating charities. If you are a county employee you can direct your charitable gift to the Medic One Foundation by writing in #9390 on your campaign pledge form.

Washington State Combined Fund Drive—Agency #0315990

The Washington State Combined Fund Drive (CFD) is the payroll contribution program for state and higher education employees and retirees. If you are a state employee or retiree you can direct your charitable gift to the Medic One Foundation by writing in 0315990 on your campaign pledge form.

Benevity Community Impact Fund

Medic One Foundation is a member of the Benevity Community Impact Fund. If your employer participates through Benevity, you may designate your contribution to the Medic One Foundation.

Onsite Fundraising Events

On-site fundraising events for Medic One Foundation are not only an opportunity to boost your overall fundraising efforts but also to educate your employees about the Medic One services in our region.

Medic One Foundation partners with companies during their workplace campaigns in holding on-site Hands-Only CPR Training at their workplace. Employees are asked to make a small monetary donation, (usually $20-$50) designated to the Medic One Foundation, through their workplace campaign to attend the events. Several companies will match those gifts and, in some cases, count them as a volunteer hour. If you are interested in holding a Hands-Only CPR Fundraiser, please contact Kim Martin at (425) 625-2034.

Matching Gifts

Matching gifts are a simple way to make your contribution to the Medic One Foundation go further. Many companies, large and small, encourage their employees to donate to their favorite charities by matching their contributions. Some companies also match gifts made by retirees or spouses. A matching gift may double or even triple the impact of your contribution to the Medic One Foundation!
