Life Story Nomination Form

On October 1, the Medic One Foundation will hold its annual signature event, LIGHTS, SIRENS, AUCTION!, to raise money for critical programs that support pre‐hospital emergency care. Proceeds will benefit the Medic One Paramedic Training Program and will help purchase emergency medical equipment for firefighters and paramedics. A highlight of the event is our “Medic One Life Story”—a compelling survivor story with a happy ending!
